Q: Is there a minimum order for t-shirt styles?
A: Yes, the minimum is 12 pieces per color, per style. The 12 pieces can however be made up of different sizes (petite, small, medium, large or x-large).

Q: Is there a minimum order for silkscreen designs?
A: Yes, the minimum is 12 pieces of one design on any style t-shirt. This means you can put a design on a mix of styles that you already purchased the minimum amount for (see above).

Q: Do I have to put silkscreen designs on all the shirts I order?
A: No! You can put them on all, some, or none!

Q: Do you do custom silkscreen designs?
A: Yes! We can insert your logo or city name into many of the designs, or create a custom design just for you, based on your own unique ideas! Cost is based on an hourly design rate -- call for more details.

Q: Do you do custom styles and colors?
A: Yes, if there is a color or t-shirt you’re wishing but you don’t see available, let us know and we’ll see what we can do!

Q: Do you do private label?
A: Yes, we do! We will create, print, and sew your custom woven label on any design you choose. Send us your logo or design, or let us create one for you! With an initial fee of $500 for approximately 1000 woven labels (this will vary on the complexity of the design), you will be able design and produce your own private label. After all your labels are used, a re-printing cost will be determined.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply fill out our online order form with all of the pertinent information. We can also accept phone orders – just call toll free (323) 227-4715 between 10:00am and 6:00pm PST.

Q: When can I place an order?
A: Anytime! Unlike most wholesalers, we are able to accept orders of any size anytime throughout the year! No deadlines or timeframes to worry about – whenever you’re ready (or run out of tees!)

Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: Because we are making these t-shirts just for you, we do require 50% deposit before we can begin production. We accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. We also accept bank wire transfer (call for details) or company check (allowing time for check to clear). The balance will be due upon completion of your order.

Q: How long until my order ships?
A: We do have a very speedy turnaround even though your Lab40 tees are custom made. Your order will ship within 3 to 4 weeks. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for printed tees.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We will accept returns of damaged items only within 7 business days. Please make sure you promptly check your order upon receipt and call us for a RA number if necessary. No exceptions please.

Q: How can I get fabric samples?
A: Just give us a call and we’ll send you out sample swatches.

Q: Do you have a showroom?
A: Not at this time.

Q: Can I use any of your designs on other things?
A: No, our designs are original and copyrighted for use on Lab40 tees only. Duplication or unauthorized use of any Lab40 design is strictly prohibited.
